Roommate's Share is an application designed to organize and manage monthly shared expenses for people living together, including roommates, messmates, and hostel residents.
The application may provide features such as room management, member management, expense tracking, advance cash management, balance calculation, and monthly reporting.
3. Account and Login
An account or authentication may be required to use certain features of the application.
Users are responsible for keeping their account login credentials secure.
Users should take appropriate precautions to maintain the security of any activity performed through their account.
4. Room and Member Management
When creating a room, the creator may act as the Owner or an authorized administrator of the room.
Admin Responsibilities
Admins may have additional permissions for room and member management. Admins should manage room access responsibly.
Member Responsibilities
Room members should use and manage their own information and shared expense information accurately and responsibly.
5. Expense and Financial Information
Roommate's Share is designed to help organize shared expense calculations. It is important for users to enter expense, contribution, advance cash, and other financial information accurately.
Providing incorrect or incomplete information may affect the calculated results generated by the application.
6. Acceptable Use
Users should use Roommate's Share only for lawful and normal shared expense management purposes.
The following types of use are not permitted:
- Using another user's account or room access without permission.
- Intentionally attempting to damage or interfere with the security or functionality of the application.
- Misusing another person's privacy or account information.
- Using the application for any unlawful purpose.
7. User-Provided Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the room, member, and expense-related information that you provide through the application.
You should not enter another person's personal information into the application unless it is necessary.
8. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the application available for use. However, the service may become temporarily unavailable due to internet connectivity issues, third-party services, maintenance, technical problems, or other circumstances.
No guarantee is provided for uninterrupted availability of any online service.
9. Third-Party Services
Some functionality of Roommate's Share may depend on third-party services or technologies, such as authentication, cloud services, and other web services.

These Terms & Conditions explain the general rules and responsibilities for using Roommate's Share.
১. Terms গ্রহণ
Roommate's Share ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই Terms & Conditions মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
আপনি যদি এই terms-এর কোনো অংশের সঙ্গে একমত না হন, তাহলে application ব্যবহার না করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
২. Roommate's Share কী?
Roommate's Share হলো roommates, messmates এবং hostel residents সহ একসঙ্গে বসবাসকারী মানুষের monthly shared expenses সংগঠিত ও পরিচালনা করার জন্য তৈরি একটি application।
Application-এর মাধ্যমে room management, member management, expense tracking, advance cash, balance calculation এবং monthly reporting-এর মতো features ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।
৩. Account এবং Login
Application-এর কিছু feature ব্যবহারের জন্য account বা authentication প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
ব্যবহারকারীকে নিজের account-এর login credentials নিরাপদে রাখার দায়িত্ব নিতে হবে।
আপনার account-এর মাধ্যমে কোনো activity হলে তার নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করা উচিত।
৪. Room এবং Member Management
Room তৈরি করার সময় creator room-এর Owner বা authorized administrator হিসেবে কাজ করতে পারেন।
Admin Responsibilities
Admin-এর room এবং member management-এর জন্য অতিরিক্ত permissions থাকতে পারে। Admin-এর উচিত room-এর access responsibly পরিচালনা করা।
Member Responsibilities
Room-এর সদস্যদের নিজেদের তথ্য এবং shared expense information সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার ও পরিচালনা করা উচিত।
৫. Expense এবং হিসাবের তথ্য
Roommate's Share shared expense হিসাব সংগঠিত করতে সাহায্য করার জন্য তৈরি। ব্যবহারকারীরা যে expense, contribution, advance cash বা অন্যান্য হিসাবের তথ্য প্রদান করেন, সেগুলো সঠিকভাবে প্রবেশ করানো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ information প্রদান করলে application-এর calculated result-ও প্রভাবিত হতে পারে।
৬. Acceptable Use
ব্যবহারকারী Roommate's Share শুধুমাত্র বৈধ এবং স্বাভাবিক shared expense management-এর উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করবেন।
নিম্নলিখিত ধরনের ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়:
- অন্য ব্যবহারকারীর account বা room access অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার করা।
- Application-এর security বা functionality ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করার চেষ্টা করা।
- অন্য ব্যক্তির privacy বা account information অপব্যবহার করা।
- কোনো বেআইনি উদ্দেশ্যে application ব্যবহার করা।
৭. User-Provided Information
Application-এ আপনি যে room, member বা expense-related information প্রদান করেন, তার accuracy-এর দায়িত্ব আপনার।
অন্য ব্যক্তির personal information প্রয়োজন ছাড়া application-এ প্রবেশ করানো উচিত নয়।
৮. Service Availability
আমরা application-টি ব্যবহারযোগ্য রাখার চেষ্টা করি। তবে internet connection, third-party services, maintenance, technical problems অথবা অন্যান্য কারণে service সাময়িকভাবে unavailable হতে পারে।
কোনো online service-এর uninterrupted availability-এর নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করা হয় না।
৯. Third-Party Services
Roommate's Share-এর কিছু functionality third-party services বা technologies-এর উপর নির্ভর করতে পারে, যেমন authentication, cloud services এবং অন্যান্য web services।
এই third-party services-এর নিজস্ব terms এবং privacy policies থাকতে পারে এবং তাদের ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট provider-এর policies প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
১০. Privacy

১১. Terms পরিবর্তন
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী এই Terms & Conditions update বা পরিবর্তন করা হতে পারে।
পরিবর্তিত version এই page-এ প্রকাশ করা হলে তা প্রকাশের পর application ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে updated terms প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
১২. Account বা Service ব্যবহার বন্ধ করা
ব্যবহারকারী চাইলে Roommate's Share ব্যবহার বন্ধ করতে পারেন। কোনো misuse, security concern বা applicable requirements-এর কারণে service access সীমিত বা বন্ধ করার প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
